About Us
Who We Are & What We Do
Nexus is a construction and project management company specializing in office and commercial space construction, renovation, and relocation. We exist to solve a problem that businesses face every time they need a new or improved workspace: too many parties, no single accountability, and constant surprises. Our mission is to be the one partner that takes full ownership of your project from the first conversation to the final handover.
What We Do
We deliver end-to-end office and commercial construction projects. This includes new builds, fit-outs, renovations, space planning, permitting, procurement, IT infrastructure coordination, furniture installation, and post-handover facility management. We handle every stage of the process so our clients never have to coordinate between a dozen vendors themselves.
Our services cover the full project lifecycle: lease and acquisition advisory, concept and briefing, design and planning coordination, permits and compliance, budget management, construction supervision, technical infrastructure, furniture and interiors, snagging, and ongoing operations support.
Who We Serve
We work with businesses of all sizes — from fast-growing startups moving into their first proper office to established corporations undertaking large-scale commercial renovations. Our clients are typically senior decision-makers who value their time, require transparency, and cannot afford delays or budget surprises. We serve clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Who Builds Nexus
Nexus was founded by Tamar Ivanyan, a construction and project management professional who spent years working on office and commercial projects and repeatedly encountered the same fragmentation problem. She built Nexus to provide a single, accountable partner for the entire process — combining strategic advisory, project management expertise, and hands-on execution under one roof.
